    I see you've opened multiple threads about your issue. 
     
    As you were told on this thread, if you buy xats on a seperate ID that does not have error 55 connected to it, you'll be free to use your xats as you please. You won't be held on your new account. Please avoid opening multiple threads about the same issue, as you've already been answered by a volunteer. However, feel free to open another thread if you have a seperate or new question.

    Please try to understand that the Volunteers are people too. They have their own lives to tend to and cannot spend their entire day answering tickets.
     
    Your ticket is not being ignored. In fact, there are several other users with the exact same issue as you. Some may have made tickets before you, some after. The point is, you need to remain patient. In order for your issue to be adequately solved, it requires time and focus from the volunteers. 
     
    Also keep in mind that opening a forum thread will not cause a volunteer to answer your ticket. While it is okay to ask why you've been put on hold for 10 days, you must remember to remain patient. It may take another few weeks for your ticket to be answered if it is in a delayed department. You will be e-mailed when your ticket is answered.

    Hello,
     
    You will need to make a ticket under the department of "Account block". To do so, click on the link I provided and click on "Open New Ticket". Please tell the volunteers what error you're receiving, along with the fact that you'd like to resolve this error.
     
    When you make a ticket under the department of Account Block, you DO NOT need to be logged in, and you DO NOT need to be a paid user. If you're logged out, just input the e-mail address of the account that is receiving E55. However, if you want to be logged in, that's fine too. 
     
    As I mentioned before, you do not need to be a paid user. Just make sure that the subject of your ticket is 5 or more words, and that the message of the ticket is in English. It should produce no errors if done correctly.

    If you are trying to create a new chat group  and it tells you that the group name is reserved, you will need to come up with a different name for the chat group. 
     
    Some chat names are reserved by xat. This is sometimes done to prevent users from trying to create their own "official chats" (such as chats with the words xat, help, official, etc. in the name). Other times the names are reserved for security reasons, such as foul language.
     
    Either way, if your chat idea, "Hukum", is reserved, you will need to come up with a new name.

    If you take a look at the link that Fiona posted, https://util.xat.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ticket_times/en , you'll see that Account Block is delayed and has a high volume of tickets. It could be a few weeks, or maybe a month. Please remember to be patient, as Volunteers are people themselves and must sort through and answer each and every ticket. 
     
    If you need any other help, send any volunteer a private message.

    Si el usuario al que le pertenece el nombre corto ha estado inactivo por al menos 1 año, tienes la posibilidad de que sea puesto en venta.
     
    Para verificar si un usuario esta inactivo, y así poder pedir que el nombre corto sea puesto a la venta, sigue los siguientes pasos:
     
    1. Verifica con los bots que el nombre no este en uso. Ve a un chat, tal como xat_Test y usa el comando !userinfo NOMBRECORTO y asegúrate de que este no haya sido visto por ningún bot en al menos 1 año. Si el bot responde con un mensaje genérico diciendo que no se encontró, probablemente han estado inactivos por un largo tiempo, y deberás abrir un ticket.
     
    2. Abre un ticket bajo el help topic "Short names and Groups" y especifica cuál nombre corto es el que quieres que pongan a la venta nuevamente, y diles que pertenece a un usuario inactivo.
     
    3. Los voluntarios abrirán un ticket con el dueño actual para darles el chance de mantener el nombre corto. Si el usuario no responde dentro de una semana, los voluntarios podrán liberar el nombre de acuerdo al chequeo oficial de xat acerca de la última conexión de esta cuenta.

    If you got a ticket reply saying that the group name "Anektod" is unavailable because it was deleted in 2012, you will need to create a group with a different name. Opening a thread on the forum will not cause the group name to become available, I'm afraid.

    Before this is locked - you should be able to use two different PCs on the same network to connect to xat. Someone had the idea that perhaps you were assigned the same ID on both computers. If this is the case, you can reset both your IDs and make two different accounts (under two different e-mails) and you should be able to login on both PCs. Or, login to two different already-existing accounts on both PCs.
     
    But, if you're okay with using one PC at a time to use xat, that's fine too!

    Tickets that are sent to the Report Scam department usually require a long degree of investigation before a conclusion can be made.
     
    Sometimes, Report Scam tickets are not always answered. Usually a volunteer will contact you if they need more information, or if they've made a conclusion that they want you to know about.
     
    Please know that even if a volunteer finds evidence to take action upon another user, you may not be told. Also please note that if you were scammed, there is no guarantee that you will be refunded anything.
     
    Thanks for understanding. I would continue to wait, but just know that the ticket may be closed when the investigation ends.

    I would create a ticket under the department of "Lost Access", actually. The department E-mail change/hint requires you to be logged into the account that you want the email switched on. 
     
    Make any new account, then open a new ticket under "Lost Access". Tell them the registered name of your account, the Identification Number, and that you've lost access to the e-mail. Also include the e-mail address that you've lost access to. (Note: Do not post it here on the forum, only in the ticket!) If you cannot remember the e-mail, the volunteers will work with you on the issue, but you need to be able to answer security questions to prove it really is your account. Please note that there is no guaruntee that they can help you if you cannot prove the e-mail and/or account was yours.
     
    You don't have to be a paid user to open a ticket in the department of Lost Access either, so don't worry about that. Also, make sure your subject is 5+ words.

    If your account was deleted you need to make a ticket under the department of "Account Block".
     
    You do not need to be a paid user to open a ticket here. You also do not need to be logged in. This means you can use the e-mail address associated with the deleted account to open a ticket.
     
    Make sure your subject is 5+ words, and the ticket is in English.

    There have been some issues lately with creating tickets. If you take Manu's advice and clear your cache/cookies, and use an incognito browser, and try again and you're still unable to create a ticket, message a volunteer here on the forum and tell them your situation. In a PM, tell them: Your Identification Number, Registered Username, your problem (reason for opening your ticket), as well as whether or not you're a paid user.

    Hey,
    You should open a ticket under 'Lost Access'. Tell them what your previous e-mail provider was, and that it's no longer in functionality. As Laming mentioned, make sure that your subject is 5 or more words. 
     
    There have been some issues lately with creating tickets. If you take Laming's advice and clear your cache/cookies and try again and you're still unable to create a ticket, message a volunteer here on the forum and tell them your situation. In a PM, tell them: Your Identification Number, Registered Username, your problem (you losing access to your e-mail), as well as whether or not you're a paid user.

    Please private message a volunteer and ask them to make a ticket for you.
     
    Give them your registered username, identification number, and tell them your problem. Also tell them if you're a paid user.
     
    When a ticket is opened for you, you will receive an e-mail from xat. Click the link provided in this e-mail to reply to your ticket (do not reply by e-mail).

    Yeah, there are a few ways to get around this issue:
    Try another browser.
     
    Try clearing your cookies, then go to an incognito tab, such as Crow explained. Make the ticket with the e-mail that is associated with the account that lost the auth code. You'll be e-mailed when the ticket has been replied to.
     
    Make sure your subject is 5+ words.
     
    If none of these methods work, you can kindly ask a volunteer to open a ticket for you. PM one from forum.xat.com/staff. Tell them your ID/registered username/reason for creating ticket/whether or not you're a paid user. Remember to ask nicely!

    As you've already figured out, you can only have one ticket open at a time.
    If you already have a ticket open, you need to either:

    A) Wait for a reply. Yes, some departments are delayed and can take a long time. 
    B) Message a volunteer and ask them to close your current ticket. Give them your registered username, ID number, and ticket number.
     
    Once you receive a reply to your current ticket, it will be closed. You can then open another under Account Block. If you ask for it to be closed, you can go ahead and open a new one. Account block does not require you to be a paid user, but does require that you're logged in. Make sure the subject is 5+ words.

    There are several things that could be happening:

    1) You're really just typing it wrong. Make sure caps lock is off, sticky keys is off, shift isn't on, etc. Maybe try restarting your browser.
    2) You said you have it written down and saved to your browser. Don't copy and paste your password and don't use autofill. Type it out.
    3) Try typing your password without symbols. (! @ # $ %) Does it work? Maybe, maybe not.
     
    Normally if you lost your password, and you've come this step, you would reset it. However, since you don't have access to your e-mail, read on.
    4) If you have zero access to the email used for the account, none whatsoever, you're going to want to create a ticket under the department of "Lost Acess." You'll be asked to answer security questions that prove that you really do own the account: 'cinnabells'. Currently you do not need to be a paid user to open a ticket here, but you do need to be logged in to an account. You may need a second account here so that you're able to open a ticket. If you need a new id, click here. Once you've followed that guide, go ahead and register.
    4.5) If you're unable to open a ticket for any reason, contact a volunteer. Shoot them a PM and tell them your situation, ask politely, give them all the necessary information.

    If someone is impersonating staff on an official chat, you should take full chat screenshots of the user's name, registered username, as well as their ID. You should report all screenshots to the main owner, either via pc or via the "Message" feature in the bottom right hand corner of the chat.
     
    As for the fake help chat, I'm unable to read arabic, so could you provide me with some screenshots of the chat, that makes it seem like it's trying to imitate the official chat? i.e anything that says "Get help with xat" or "Official help chat", etc.

    If you believe someone has scammed (purple) and (statuscolor), or anything for that matter, you should gather evidence (full chat screenshots of the user's name, registered username, as well as their ID, or videos of the scam). Report all evidence to xat.com/ticket under the department of "Report scam". You do not need to be a paid user to open a ticket in this department, just remember to make your subject 5+ words.

    If you've cleared your cache, your cookies, and restarted your browser, and you still get Security Check, try a new browser.
     
    If you do the above on the new browser and you still get a Security Check, Private Message a volunteer and ask them to open a ticket for you. Tell them you're a paid user, what you're opening a shortname for, your ID, registered username, and the shortname you want.
     
    Make sure you try the directions I mentioned first before you message a volunteer.

    Opening a forum thread will not cause you to get a faster response on your ticket. Please remain patient.
    Many other xat users submit tickets on a daily basis, causing a bit of a backup for the volunteers who answer them.

    It seems as if a large majority of users who took a long hiatus from xat (in your case, 1-2 years), become held indefinitely, receiving system problem 55 when they attempt to trade.. buy xats, etc. Additionally, if someone were to try to transfer to you, they would receive system problem 26.
     
    As to why this happened, I can only guess that it's due to the November 2015 incident. Perhaps users who took a long break and did not have much login activity were held, so that anyone who was trying to break into your account was unable to take anything of value.
    Keep in mind this is purely conjecture, as I do not really know for a fact. Your guess is as good as mine!
     
    Hopefully you've created your ticket in the Account Block department. I'm sure after the volunteers have done all necessary precautions to remove the hold from your account, they could shed a bit of light onto why you're held.

    First, you need to make a new account. To do so, click on newid, follow the directions, and then register it. This is required because of the fact that the account you've made your ticket on is no longer able to make purchases.
     
    Once you register your new account, you will need to buy $40 worth of xats, plus the $20 worth of xats fee. In total, you should be spending $60.
     
    Please keep in mind that the payment you may must not be reversible/ must not give a reserve. To see which payment options give reserve, and which do not, please visit xat.com/buy
     
    Once you have made your purchase(s), you need to reply back to your original ticket, telling them that you've bought the xats necessary, along with your new Username and ID number.
