    Normalmente los chats no los bloquean sin una buena razon. Puede ser que algo haya pasado en tu chat durante tu ausencia para que bloquearon a tu chat. 
     
    Si quisieras, puedes abrir un ticket (https://xat.com/ticket) para preguntar las razones de su eliminación. Por favor, date en cuenta que haciendo esto no significa que van a desbloquear tu chat. Deberías abrir el ticket en el departamento de “Chat Block.” Acuerdate que el ticket debe estar abierto completamente en ingles.

    If you have completely lost access to the email of the account iiLoboGris(1466155144), you will need to register a second xat account. You can do so by going to any xat chat, typing “register”, and clicking the underlined word.
     
    After registering a secondary xat account, you will need to open a support ticket under the help topic of “Lost Access”. Here, you can describe that you completely lost access to the attached email account, and need to change it.
     
    Remember to write a subject that is 5 or more words, and that your message body must be in English. 
     
    After submitting the ticket, the support volunteers will guide you through the process of how you can verify yourself as the account owner.

    Usted debe enviar un ticket con su cuenta (la que tiene el held) en el departamento de “Account Block”. Escriba un subject con 5+ palabras y describa que su cuenta esta en held por 843 días. 
     
    Si ya ha enviado un ticket, solo usted tiene que esperar para una respuesta.

    It has been impossible to send a ticket for E29 since August of 2017.

    Your best option would be to use the search feature that xat has. You can input keywords that pertain to your particular interests, to see if anyone else is talking about them too: https://xat.com/search

    Reserves are not normally increased on your account unless you buy xats from the buy page using a potentially refundable method of purchase. Reserves decrease a certain amount each day until completely expired.
     
    If you have not bought xats in a long time and would like to appeal for your reserve to be reduced, you may open a ticket in the help department of "Payment Problems", as Stifler suggested. 
     
    Please know there is no guarantee for that, but we could at least look into it for you.

    If you're receiving "E29" when you try to login to your xat account due to switching your home location, you'll need a ticket opened for you. You cannot open one by yourself.
     
    Please PM me the following information:
    Registered username Identification number Associated E-mail Address From there I will be able to open a ticket for you. Otherwise, you may use this form: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form
     
    Once a ticket has been opened for you, you simply need to answer the security questions that we ask, the whole process should take less than 3 days in most cases.

    It is completely up to you whether or not you would like to agree to that deal. 
     
    Please know the xats do not go directly to any volunteer, but rather directly back to xat (think of it like buying the blueman power in the store.) 
     
    If you do not agree with paying 1000 xats, you simply just need to state you’d like for your ticket to be closed.

    Ticket replies generally take 1-3 days in that department, albeit a bit less lately.
     
    Yes, your account will be held for 7 days afterwards.

    It is regrettable to hear that your friend is having issues with her chatbox. At this time, we do not offer email changes for chatgroups, so it seems unlikely that your chatgroup was put under the email of her friend, as you mention here:
     
    If a main owner allows another main owner to be made, it is the original main owner's sole responsibility to ensure that the chat group is not taken over by the second main owner. Remember, you should only make your friends the "Owner" rank unless you absolutely trust them. If the secondary main owner refuses to give up access to the original chat group, I suggest unassigning all group powers from the chat and creating a new chat for free. Perhaps ban that user on your new chat, or make it members only.

    Our apologies on the delayed response concerning your support thread.
     
    xat is having some issues regarding receiving PayPal payments, and for the time being, has disabled the option to buy xats using that method. We don't currently have an estimated time when PayPal will be reinstated on the buy page, however we suggest you check back frequently. In the mean time, please feel free to use another of the payment methods listed for your xat and day needs.
     
    If you have any additional support requests, please feel free to open a new thread and we will answer it promptly.

    If you have absolutely no proof of this occuring, then unfortunately, there is not much that can be done, as per Stif's reply.
     
    There is no real way for xat  to tell whether or not you traded your powers to another person willingly, or if your friend really used teamviewer to do so.
     
    If you can find a way to document the event and provide evidence, you may consider opening a ticket  in the help department of "Report Scam". Otherwise, please consider taking some time to refresh yourself and do some research on internet security. It really pays to get educated on how to protect your data and information!

    Sorry for the confusion regarding this topic. In fact, Ajutor is supposed to be an official chat owned by xat. Due to a small error in the system, some users were able to create duplicate chats that have already existed/exist currently.
     
    The Ajutor chat you created will be deleted soon, and the original Ajutor chat will be redirected to Assistance.

    xat does not support the resale of shortnames on xat. Hence, there is no way to conveniently sell the shortnames that you own. This however does not mean it is prohibited! (In a way, please continue reading)
     
    If one were to try to sell the email associated with the account, they would be denied any services through the ticket form because they did not register this account. Not only is this a very easy way to have more of your data stolen (i.e: very insecure), it may also lead to account closure. Indeed, giving others the email to your account is prohibited. 
     
    The only way that it’s been speculated to sell shortnames is to pay the user to delete the name themselves. Once they do so, provided they are a paid user, they may create a ticket to ask for the shortname to be put back up for sale. Then and only then would the seller actually use their xats to purchase the name themselves. I believe it’s been kept this difficult on purpose.
     
    Dopest point out that the resale of shortnames is not allowed on Trade. Nor is it on Help, and many other official chats.
