Hello, Who are you reporting exactly? Could you copy and paste their ID and show what they are asking for exactly? You can do so by sending me a private message and/or by opening a new ticket at xat.com/ticket, using Report Scam help topic (you do not need to be a paid user). Multiple scammers are trying to impersonate xat officials by using "Help" as a name, and by asking users' emails and powers. You should NEVER trust them. xat will NEVER ask you for your powers or your personal information. We do our best to block the scammers in timely -

Unless you make a default "testing" category for new powers and move them to their actual category when they are announced. I think this should be changed somehow because I can see some users are confused about whether they bought the power or were scammed. Some are switching back to flash just to check on whether the have the power, this means something should be fixed.

You are saying it yourself, if the xats are already gone, it's pointless but there's a gap between logging into an account (or even knowing the password/email) and stealing the xats. Temporary hold, reserve, permanent hold, etc... You don't suspect it but we receive regular requests to remove these blocks from accounts with a phishy behaviour. We don't want that data to misguide us into unblocking phishers.

Hello, The so-called reports you mention were made of nothing but "the main owner is bad see they banned me" or "you should make me main owner because I will do better" and it has been going on for years. The only accurate reports we have ever received were actually users that were NOT complaining about its main owners but about some specific moderators, and these reports were processed. I haven't commented so far because I don't realistically see a change made in this in the upcoming days, although I agree the current system may seem a bit blurry. On a user perspective, you are just willing to access your own data, which is more than fair. On xat side, if an individual requests for their data, they cannot confirm whether the individual asking is actually the content owner. What this means is that xat also has the right to ask you for a personal ID (passport, national ID card, ...) before handing you out your data. This is also part of GDPR and the 30 days cou

Thank you everyone for yesterday's event. It was probably the best day I've ever had on Trade since I took over on November 27th, 2018. I didn't say it, but yes, yesterday was exactly my "2 years birthday" of being Trade manager. I am extremely proud of our community, proud of everything organized for this black friday, I hope everyone will remember it for a long time. Yes, it happens every other week or month, my use is often based on aggregated data for general reportings. I am glad you brought all of that, however my question is, how would increasing the time from 14 days to 28 days change it or make it any worse? I am probably not reading your post the way you want to but if anything, it shows that a 1 day event power would suffice to do all of that. I can understand why people are frustrated with the price, but as Trade manager, I am glad this power came out super limited. Although these users may not be using the forum much, I see a lot of buyers and sellers on the market. Making an unexpected super limited powers brought a lot of people back to Trade. Nevertheless it has not reached 10k so far at all. It's currently between 2k and 5k. Please remember we used to have bigger differences with powers like Angel or even blastde (15k+ despite being just limited and a useful group power).

Hello everyone, As you may have seen, Help manager has now changed. I will temporarily be managing it. This may last a few weeks, a few months or even longer, depending on whether a permanent manager is found. The chat was not hard-reset because stability is extremely important. I see too many issues with this being implemented, especially on trading chats, or regarding cuss words. You could mention apps where this is possible but there are also apps where it isn't (Messenger, Twitter DM, Snapchat) so Skype and Discord having it isn't much of an actual reason to do it. If you think you may feel discomfort about making typos (this is just a typo come on) then read your message thrice before sending it?
