General Contest Information
The Help chat is in need of some Halloween decor.
We are looking for a Halloween-themed background set that will be used for a week or more.
Guidelines and Restrictions

You must provide both an inner background and also an outer background
- The dimensions of the inner background must be 728 * 486 px
- The dimensions of the outer background must be 2560 *1440 px or larger
- You must provide a matching button color

Your entry must be posted publicly here

CSS may be used for minor modifications

Please try not to make anything too bright or dark, as this may be abrasive to eyes

If you're missing the QR code as well, yes. You should follow the instructions provided by Duarte, if that is the case.

Do you still have the secret key or QR code handy? Are you not able to reinstall the application for some reason?

It's regrettable to hear that you are having issues with this. I believe that xat is aware of the problem and that they will investigate this more in depth at a later time. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that this will be fixed in the near future, however I will try to make sure that this does not fall off their radar completely. Furthermore, I do not believe that this change will be undone, as it seems unlikely that Puffin will change their set-up. I would advise you to follow Angelo's advice on this matter. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Basado en el nombre de usuario que nos diste, parece que ya tienes un ticket abierto desde la ID 1523366911 por lo cual encontraste errores en el momento de crear uno acerca de este problema. Ya que este ticket abierto es acerca de otro problema, temporalmente lo cerraré y crearé uno nuevo en el departamento apropiado. También cerraré el ticket que abriste de tu cuenta alternativa, ya que esto sólo atrasará el proceso.
Ahora cerraré este tema y marcaré una respuesta apropiada. Si necesitas cualquier otro tipo de ayuda, siéntete libre de abrir un nuevo hilo o contactarme vía chat.
