    The email you posted here is related to mobile device authorization, not your support request.

     

    The link should contain an email and ticket ID -- it will be of the form:

    http://util.xat.com/support/view.php?e=<email>&t=<ticket number>


  2. What do you mean by, "the link they sent me via email does not open"? Are you met with any errors?

    After clicking the link by email, did you select "View Status" and then proceed to click the subject of the ticket in question?


  3. You should have an email notice about this problem. It's not that you didn't answer correctly, per se; it appears as though you haven't responded to our security questions at all.

     

    Make sure to click the link you received in email from info@xat.com to navigate to where you can answer your ticket. You should not reply by email (if that's how you originally went about it).

    A ticket was staff-created for the user about the missing PayPal option at the purchase page and also about the short name request.

    I assume you mean your display name. You would want to do this via https://forum.xat.com/settings/username. If that's the mechanism you tried using, you can either wait the designated period (if prompted with one) or you can open a ticket to request this and a forum administrator will take a look.

    Since your ticket from 1523856194 appears to be resolved, you should now be able to open the ticket on that problem (shouldn't be met with an error).

    Your ticket was closed days ago (it's no longer sitting in the queue of open tickets).

    You should definitely have an email notice (as it was replied to) -- you'd want to make sure you're checking the email address associated with the account that was previously held. Shouldn't matter anymore, though -- the transfer block was lifted.

    You can either wait until your ticket from 1523856194 is resolved or I can create you a ticket (since you're paid on the alternate account).

    Regarding the missing PayPal option, you'd want a ticket about that problem; I can help you with that if needed.

     

    As a note to helpers, if a user is unable to open a ticket because they are simply not a paid user, you shouldn't be creating a ticket on their behalf. They'd need to open the ticket themselves to be eligible for the request.

    Fortunately, this isn't the case here.
