      The administrators tried pushing a fix out for some of the redirects that weren't correct; it will probably be fixed soon.

  2. And... xat deleted my "IslandShore" chat, too? :s

     

    I emailed them back in 2017 about getting that group name being reserved, and they allowed me to use it, so since 2017 I used the "IslandShore" chat, however recently I found out they deleted it...?

    I wonder why.

    I tried making the chat again, and it said "Group name reserved" again... (what)

      Chats are seldom deleted, but I'd suggest opening a ticket about the problem as LaFleur instructed.

      I beg your pardon, I'm not sure if I understand the issue perfectly. If this is about the alleged transfer reserve(s), you'd probably want to put in a support request from the account or accounts in question to see if you are eligible for a reduction. Have you already done that?

      Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on this. Volunteers are not able to give any indication as to the outcome of your relevant case here on the forum. All processing of requests and verification needs to take place through the ticket system.

       

      Regarding your second question, it's rather loaded. I can only surmise that there's either misinformation or lack of information in this instance.

       

      xat will certainly look into the matter and revise what you have posted.
