As already mentioned, the system is very particular (there's a good number of variables that have to be in line) Part of the reason the total resolution time on your ticket is longer is because it was sitting in the wrong internal department when originally created. We rectified this, however that set it back a little further. xat will try to get this turned around for your quickly; continue to remain patient, please!   19. This got resolved. The username that was being entered at the login page hadn't been registered yet. (new account) They now have an account they can use to recover their old account.
