  3. There were a burst of raids and the common denominator was that they were all behind CloudMosa IP addresses. Legitimate users can still complete the CAPTCHA -- xat is aware that many use this browser.
  4. CloudMosa (used by Puffin) was blocked by xat -- those using their IP addresses will receive a CAPTCHA This change was introduced on July 18, in an effort to thwart raids. There is nothing that you need to change with your configuration.
  5. The transfer block only affects your main account, 1514043701. You're free to utilise your alternate account while you are waiting for your ticket to be serviced. More explicitly, making a purchase with paysafecard or receiving goods from your sister will not directly translate into any kind of a suspension on your other account.   8. Do you have multiple chat windows open, normally? You mention only losing some recent friends off your friends list, not all. If you do, have you tried refreshing on the other windows after adding a user?

    E30/64 are both errors that prompt you to check your email (security check) If you switched your public-facing IP address, that is probably why you received E30 in this instance. As Zed has mentioned, if you are consistently receiving E64, you will want to see if cookies are being flushed in some manner. If it is up-to-date, ensure the time-based key added is correct, if doing manual entry. Otherwise, try re-scanning the QR code. If you are still unable to login to your account, you will want to open a ticket about this problem. The Lost Auth help topic would be selected in this case. Without more feedback, this topic may be closed in the near future as it is difficult for us to tell if this has been resolved or difficult for us to push this issue to resolution. As others have mentioned, first ensure that you registered at https://xat.com/web_gear/chat/register.php and make sure your account has been activated. Forum and chat are not integrated. E17 signifies that the email address was not found. Posting the username that you are trying to login with may also help us rule out some issues.     Hello, This is currently being looked into by the bug coordinators. Unfortunately, the origin of the issue is still somewhat unknown. We have been unable to form reproduction steps for this specific issue thus far, however this may be added to the Bug Tracker in the near future. In short, this is on xat's radar and we hope that it is resolved. Thank you for reporting.   12. As others have pointed out, nothing should be inhibiting you from being able to do this. I would advise you to try Arthur's suggestion if you are using the internal radio. Otherwise, you can use the code 6 provided to resolve your issue. We're very sorry to hear that you have been waiting a while on the support request you opened.
