    Hello there and good morning!

    This glitch has been brought to our attention by our customers while they were trying to pay the bot on xat.com/arcbot.

    It seems this is being caused because of the statusfx power. The customers tried to click the bot and that glitch started to manifest (see screenshots attached). Once Nathan disabled the statusfx power on bot, the glitch wasn't showing up anymore.

    Steps to reproduce bug: *Step 1. go on a group. *Step 2. Click on someone that has statusfx functionality activated and working. *Step 3. Click transfer.

    I tried on someone with Statusfx and no issue.

    I cannot say that statusfx is the issue. I can confirm, however, that this bug comet reports began right after the release of statusfx when we began using it. The users in question were able to transfer to the bot (1510151) after disabling statusfx & we’ve had no further complaints. 

    @Cometand i Can work on getting browser & device info for the people that had the issue.

    I tried on your bot yesterday (statusfx was enabled) and couldn't reproduce the issue.

     

    But yeah, if you can provide more information about this, it would be cool.

  • Priority Definitions

     

    Trivial The issue is considered low priority.

    Normal This is the default priority.

    High A feature or service is not working properly, and it impacts a lot of people. The issue should be fixed in the near future.

    Critical The issue is show-stopping, meaning that a certain feature or service is completely broken with no available workaround. The issue impacts a lot of people and requires immediate repair.

  • Status Definitions

     

    Open The issue is pending, or we are still working on the issue.

    Fixed The issue has been resolved. The fix may not be immediately noticeable and may be released in a future version or update.

    Closed This record is either not considered an issue or is better suited as a suggestion. If it is an issue, it may not be reproducible.

    Won't Fix The issue will not be fixed because it is too low in priority. The issue is very minor. The resources required to fix the issue cannot justify the benefits received from fixing the issue. This means the issue is closed.
