    Missing/Non-existent users

    • Status: Open Priority: Trivial iOS

As noted in the steps to reproduce and the screenshots, I launched the mobile xat app at around 10:20am cst and noticed a user with the display name "DoodleLove" and a purple pawn. I clicked on them to notice they had no ID data (only a single 2 was displayed), and they were labeled as "Offline Help"; depite appearing high in the userlist.

Upon asking another user (using desktop xat.com) whether or not they could see the user, they said they could not see the user.

Seems unreproducible, however I figured it'd be worth filing the information (for now).

Steps to reproduce bug: **Unknown if reproducible at this time**

Step 1: Launched mobile xat app (iOS)
Step 2: Connected to help chat
    Step 3: Noticed a user
Step 4: Clicked on said user, only to find they had no ID, and were labeled "Offline"
Step 4.5: Did not appear to other users

Did it happen when you killed the app and then restarted it?

Extra screenshots (taken today, notice the user "DoodleLove"):

Also might be worth noting that @oj confirmed to me that he is married to another user, Madison, and she was not online at this time. The "married" heart seemed to appear out of nowhere.
