Yesterday I had this weird bug where when I changed the account security settings from Internet Provider to IP Address, it immediately locked me out E29.
Between the account settings update and the re-login is less than a minute and the IP address didn't change. Trying different browsers and machines with the same IP address didn't solve it.
I tried to open a ticket and to my surprise when I picked the "Locked Out" topic I got a notification:
You are at home. You are not locked out. You should be able to login.
but as I mentioned, I couldn't login so I opened a ticket under a different topic and my account eventually got unlocked.
Step 2: Change the Account Security Settings to IP Address
Step 3: Login again.
