    Hi , sline power wont broken.

    When you  loss days u find sline code gone from you . Or when you  clear browser u loss sline  code too

    Sline is a power. If you don't have any days, it won't work. Also, the codes you have set for it are stored in the browser's cookies. If you clear them, they will be gone. Also not a bug. If you're not sure if something is a bug or not, you can go to https://xat.com/xat and ask for guidance.

     

    Also, when making bug reports, make sure to give details on how to reproduce the bug and make a GIF showing you following these steps and reproducing the bug you're reporting.

    @Stif oh i didnt know that before ,that if i clear it i will loss my sline  code ty for info.but i think they should have a way to save it in our login bcz its annoying to all time search the code ,sometimes if u dont  save it so  u cant get it again

    If you don't clear your browser's cookies, you won't lose the codes. Save it in a notepad file just as a backup so you can consult when needed.

     

    Regarding your idea to save it in our accounts, this might not become a thing. However, allowing users to create a backup file with all this data might be possible. Let's hope it can be done one day. Fingers crossed.

  • Status Definitions

     

    Open The issue is pending, or we are still working on the issue.

    Fixed The issue has been resolved. The fix may not be immediately noticeable and may be released in a future version or update.

    Closed This record is either not considered an issue or is better suited as a suggestion. If it is an issue, it may not be reproducible.

    Won't Fix The issue will not be fixed because it is too low in priority. The issue is very minor. The resources required to fix the issue cannot justify the benefits received from fixing the issue. This means the issue is closed.
