Apparently, a bug has appeared that does not allow you to enter any chat, the situation seems to be similar to when your connection drops and you stay in the room as a ghost.  However, even if you have not entered the room, the message 'Sign In' appears but you are not there.

    Current solutions:

    1. Clear your browser's cookies and do login again.
    2. Login again and click in 'Sign In' and force login under login's page.

Steps to reproduce bug: Step 1:
    Step 2:
    Step 3:
    etc

Unfortunately no, but basically when entering any chat asks you to sign in again and again. (It's the same way when your internet drops and you stay logged in, but you can not access it).

This problem basically appears in all chats. You are forced to login to fix it, otherwise you will not be able to sign in:

Update: Another user opened a support request and I was able to use this image as example. Sorry for the inconvenience from beginning, which apparently complicated the problem resolution.

The reason this has occured is because there recently was an exploit that has now been fixed. The relogin is needed to update everyone's values with the new values that are generated that fixed the exploit. So just go to xat.com/login and you should be fine, otherwise do what is said above and clear cache / cookies.
