If you clear your browser's cookies, that's what happens. This is not a bug. If you're not sure if something is a bug or not, you can go to https://xat.com/xat and ask for guidance.

Also, when making bug reports, make sure to give details on how to reproduce the bug and make a GIF showing you following these steps and reproducing the bug you're reporting.

    Thank you.

This is related to what I said before. This information is stored on the browser's cookies. If you clear them, your settings on xat will be lost. Therefore, it's not a bug.

I advise you to save them in a notepad file as a backup and avoid clearing your browser's cookies (only when needed). Regarding cache, you can clear it whenever you like.

Are there any other questions related to this?

You can clear cache but you should disable the clear cookies option. Only clear them when necessary, and save all your nameglow, pcback, etc codes on a notepad file as a backup.
