    Hello,

    The same problem.

    The issue happens with Spanish users. When you click "Help", it redirects to https://xat.com/Help_ and not to Ayuda's chat.

    If i remember correctly, this isn't a bug.

    It was made like that due the lack of activity that xat Ayuda has.

    Well, the same happens with Cambio, when you click "Cambio" it goes to Trade and i'm pretty sure that it doesn't happen because of the activity.

    And yes, the language is set to Spanish but it still happens, so i think that it needs to be fixed.

    Well, that case i do assume it is a bug (because that chat has a good management and people still go there) but in the case of Ayuda, i know it is because of Inactivity.

    Does it happen with another language ?

    Like if you use portuguese language :

    Help -> ajuda?

    Trade -> Troca ?

    Etc ?

    Yes, it happens in almost every other language. They all go to Trade and Help.

    Arabic, Estonian, Filipino, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Thai and Turkish, redirects to Help chat too.

    Help_ and Trade_ are redirects.

    If lang. is set to Spanish (es), help_ should point to Ayuda.

    If Ayuda was to get redirected to Assistance, the situation would be different.

    This is not the only language where the redirects are messed up.

    Solange is correct; trade_ (in this instance) should point to Cambio.

    This should now be fixed (pending one more upload to fix default en to default international).
