    I don't know if its a bug or what but . 

    I have  deleted some of the inactive users in my friends-list, in my laptop but every time I re-login it comes back .

    So I tried to delete them via xat app (iOS) and it stayed deleted in the app even after logging out and logging in on the app, 

    however when I log back in on the laptop all of the deleted users came back :( 

     

     I have done the following 

    1. Cleared Everything from my browser (history, browser , etc.) 
    2. Logged in on App (iOs) deleted the friends I wanted 
    3. Logged out of the App 
    4. Logged in on The laptop . 

    at least 3times but it still the same with the laptop . 

    xat app is fine though . 


    Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Cleared Everything from my browser (history, browser , etc.)

    It's a sync issue between the Flash and HTML5 client that's always happened. It annoys me really, but until HTML5 gets finalized, it's going to be like that.

    I have opened a chat for 3 days https://xat.com/adoo and we have supporters the helpers have been or looked at it is ok and yet it does not appear anywhere we have supporters and I did the ticket I do not know what is going on but it is unacceptable like this, please be nice to take action. thank you in advance

    I think you should open  a topic regarding this at https://forum.xat.com/forum/4-general-support/ so they could help you more .

    My question is did you open up the topic in the General Support of the Forum ? . so others can help you more ?

    This Has been solved !  And fixed !  For me at least ! 

     

    All I did was leave out the website account logged out for at least 5 hours and just use the app and it synced !

    Changed Status to Fixed

     

    Problem has been fixed.

     

    Hopefully.

    Closed This record is either not considered an issue or is better suited as a suggestion. If it is an issue, it may not be reproducible.

    Won't Fix The issue will not be fixed because it is too low in priority. The issue is very minor. The resources required to fix the issue cannot justify the benefits received from fixing the issue. This means the issue is closed.
