    Today it's two days since I have this problem, why?
    I need an hour to get into xat.com


    Steps to reproduce bug: - Go to any Xat chat or Page Login - Can´t Open chat page . . . See print

    Changed Priority to Priority: Normal

    Please clarify these discrepencies:

     

    1) First you claimed this happens when you visit a chat OR login. Which one is it? Both? Just login? You only provided one screenshot for the login page

     

    2) Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, or you may time out. Try things such as power cycling your modem & router to ensure you’re connected.

     

    3) Does this issue persist if you try a different browser? If not, use that browser instead.

     

     

    In the future, please do not make your bug reports so vague. It is almost useless to report a bug if you don’t provide as many details as possible. Include as much information as you can about this situation.

    1) Yes I wrote that both the same problema. . . 
    2) My connection is good, I can use everything but xat.com does not. (I can use xat but it takes a long time to connect, and once it gets stuck)
    3) Yes, I tried and continued with the same problema.

    Sorry, I thought it was enough in writing, and there was not much writing, because it is understandable in print that I sent that I can not come in, and I wrote in both.

    Hi, Excuse me for the inconvenience.

    After two days of torment, I can now enter xat without a problem. (ok)

    I can not say what the problem was, but I want to announce that it is now going well.
    You can close this topic, if the same problem occurs, I will ask to be reopened.

  • Priority Definitions

     

    Trivial The issue is considered low priority.

    Normal This is the default priority.

    High A feature or service is not working properly, and it impacts a lot of people. The issue should be fixed in the near future.

    Critical The issue is show-stopping, meaning that a certain feature or service is completely broken with no available workaround. The issue impacts a lot of people and requires immediate repair.

  • Status Definitions

     

    Open The issue is pending, or we are still working on the issue.

    Fixed The issue has been resolved. The fix may not be immediately noticeable and may be released in a future version or update.

    Closed This record is either not considered an issue or is better suited as a suggestion. If it is an issue, it may not be reproducible.

    Won't Fix The issue will not be fixed because it is too low in priority. The issue is very minor. The resources required to fix the issue cannot justify the benefits received from fixing the issue. This means the issue is closed.
