    Sometimes when a chat is on protect mode (xat.com/Help) for instance I do the captcha over 8 times and it still pops up for me even when I see the green check mark.

    This issue most likely lies in your internet router or a incorrect captcha, as other users have not reported this same bug.

    There seems to be an issue indeed, it repeats the captcha even after solving it. (Might not happen for everyone, and not always.)

    So you basically click at the 'continue' button, and once you type in the chat, it will re-appear and will ask to be solved again.

     

    Although it tells you to "sign in", there's no option to sign in, but only to "sign out" and once you do that, it'll re-ask for captcha. Maybe that's also the issue.

    Provisionally solution: Use html5 (by adding ?new after the chat name), it works properly in html5.

    I confirm that this is a problem. Today help was put in protect mode to avoid a raid, and I've done the captcha dozens of times, without exaggeration, and I still couldn't get in. It's something that's made me a bit upset.

    Captcha has been fixed. 


    After you completed the captcha, you will be able to send messages without having to complete a captcha again.
